I hope this message finds you well. It is with regret that I must inform you of the cancellation of the 2024 Harriet Tubman Freedom Ride. Due to various challenges, including technical issues and logistical concerns, the HTFR planning committee and primary stakeholders have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event. Our goal is to ensure that all attendees have an exceptional four-day cycling experience. As such, we are redirecting our energies towards making the HTFR a resounding success in 2025. As the Event Director, I take full responsibility for these unforeseen obstacles.

All registered guests will receive a full refund within the next 14 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To express our gratitude for your understanding, we will be launching a Black Friday sale on November 29, 2024, offering discounts of up to 40% for the 2025 event.

The 2025 Harriet Tubman Freedom Ride is scheduled to take place from July 17 to July 20, 2025. Our aim remains to provide an outstanding cycling experience that “Amplifies the Faith and Courage of Harriet Tubman, both On and Off the bike.”
